I saw your post on preorders, hopefully you didn't include me in that since of the 2 or 3 preorders I have placed. ninja miniature stands, squadron strike, and who knows what else I had tagged... I have never gotten ANY notification that the stuff is ready to order.

No, this wasn't pointing fingers at specific people.

This was acknowledging that our projection of about a 10% cancel rate was off. And was off by a factor of 3. It was more like a 30% cancel rate.

(I am hoping that people will see that notice and email me about how to complete their pre-orders for AV:T and Voidstriker minis.)

I'm hoping also that you're allowing more than 2-3 days for people to respond, specifically in regards to the BoP preorder. You'll get my payment, but not till Monday.

Giving folks a couple weeks notice to let their next paycheck hit is a good idea. :D

Oh, we've got the BoP "Special shipping window" running to at least the 27th and probably to the 29th.

SS will be staggered on BoP by a week, but will get its special shipping window to about October 10th.

Cool. As soon as I get to a secure internet connection (i.e. work), I'll send my preorder in. :)

Hello Ken:

Regarding preorders, I saw my email notifying me today (Sunday); looks like you sent it on Friday.

I had been checking the shop site from time to time to see if the miniatures were online for sales, but didn't check my email until today. I wasn't really sure how I would be notified or when I would need to make the payment.

Speaking only for myself, I would be okay with being charged a deposit, or in stages, or whatever, ahead of release to help get the product out and be the first on my block to get the new stuff. Not sure if anyone else would want to participate this way.

Barring that, maybe people would be willing to pay purchase price a few weeks prior to your date for making your payments?

Anyway, I have paid my preorder at this point and am looking forward to the new ships.

Richard

Hey Ken:
If there is a BoP preorder unfulfilled, I will step in and buy one since I missed out. Just email me at ImperialOneness@yahoo.com

Cool... checked my choicemail filter and it had gotten it last night at 11:37pm.

Went ahead and approved it to my email. Thanks for the mail.

I admit, I was slow in fulfilling my Attack Vector minis pre-order; I was waiting for the angle adaptors to be ready. I finally gave up and ordered the ships.

As for Squaron Strike, I don't remember pre-ordering that, but you've sent me 2 reminders now, so I caved and ordered that, too.

(I take it if I pay by PayPal, the money comes out my account instantly? I didn't think of that before I ordered).
