I just tried to register the games that arrived in the mail today (orders 79 and 82), and the registration site claims they're invalid codes. The products were AV:T2.0 and SS Shipbook 2. Is this a case of them not being in the system yet or did someone forget to enter the codes before shipping me the games?

There a technical problems (see viewtopic.php?p=24485#p24485). Unfortunately, just when Ken thought that he was going to be able to work on fixing it, he suffered a hernia ...

Keep checking back--Ken will post a notice when the registration system works for AV:T 2.0 and SB2, and it should appear on the Ad Astra home page as well.

Not yet, but thanks for gigging me. I'll try and talk to the code guy this weekend, which suddenly freed up a lot.

We cannot figure out why the database isn't accepting new table entries. We are also looking at changing hosting providers for a few reasons, and will be trying the modded DB on the new server to see if it works there.

The week before GenCon and the week after GenCon turned into too much time spent on the phone with a freelancing project and trying to get the back end stuff for a second server move squared away.

Same problem here, got Squadron Strike & Attack Vector Tactical in the mail at the end of March this year. No luck so far in registering with the codes provided.

Even Squadron Strike isn't registering? That's a new failure mode.

It is actually the code provided with the following book : Squadron Strike! The Three Face War Ship Book 2 of the Diaspora Setting. I believe this is the same book mentioned in the first post "SS Shipbook 2".

Has this been resolved yet? I have a copy of AV:T to register still, from a year or so ago.

We will be fixing this on the next server move. Short form: We moved to a virtual server that doesn't allow PHP scripts to adjust the size of a range in an SQL database as a security measure.

I'm planning on doing a server migration at the end of March.

I'll be glad to be a test guinea-pig for this.
