I ordered and payed 2 AV:T copies on thursday, february 7th.

Ken, when should they arrive considering I live in Spain? I'm not asking wether you (or the ones who do that) shipped them already or not, just the time it will take from that moment until they get here.

I'm in no hurry and I see you are quite busy at the moment, don't mean to bother you. I mean, it's been only 3 days since... I only want an estimate on when should I begin to think there's been some kind of problem, because I don't now if it taking, say, a month is the average or quite the unusual.

Is there any way of tracking the package without having to post here and bother you with this anymore.

Thank you very much, ciao.

Ok, thanks. I hope that doesn't cause you much trouble.

Ciao.

After two days I have time to post, at last.

My two copies of AV:T arrived on Monday, 20th.
I had no problems registering my copy (my friend hasn't do it yet) and I recieved every ship, counter, book, tile, block and card I think I should. And I have to say the game is quite nice looking.

The only thing is both box covers were a bit worn, its not that much of a problem, but I thought you'd like to know for the next time you use that kind of package. Adding some kind of foam or just crumpled newspapers may avoid wear.

That's it. Thank you, I will post as soon as anything comes up, whether is about rules or else.

Ciao

I ordered 1.5 SSD PDFs on 8th March. Will they arrive to my Paypal registered email?
If it's so, how long should it take?

Thanks, bye.

If you're in a hurry I don't mind waiting for the next week when you're back, really.
I asked because I read in another post that every PDF order was sent out on a particular day, to know if I had to wait for another lot to be ready or something like that.

Bye.

Hi, I've been off for some time, and I forgot to check.

A few weeks ago I ordered the PDF SSDs (the ones which cost 5$, at the resources page) and I haven't recieved any news about them. I don't have them in my Paypal registerd email, nor in my AdAstra Forum registered one.

What do I have to do to get them? Or is it just something that you forgot about? (I'd understand, I ordered them just one day or so before you went to a GameCon or something)

Ciao.

I will bending them by YouSendIt.com tonight, after checking my records (with PDFs, it's not a problem if I double ship someone...)

It slipped under the radar with some other work being done.

I'm waiting on the same. If you could check your records for my name as well? :)

(Possibly listed under Isaiah Mitchell, instead of my middle name.)

Michael, we've been having a deuced time trying to figure out how to SHIP the game to Suadi Arabia. It will probably go air mail, and I'm trying to get the post office to give me any kind of time frame for when it would arrive.

Ken,

It will need to be air mail, probably Air Mail Parcel Post. That will take 10 to 14 days whatever USPS says (i.e. 4-10 days). Everything, and I really do mean everything, is opened and inspected by Saudi customs. That can take a few days but not always. You can imagine what they're looking for.

Surface mail takes 6 weeks to forever. It's not an option.

If you don't get any joy out of USPS, there is another option. I work for a large company, DHL have an office in our building. I can arrange with them to have the game picked up at a time and date of your convenience and pay for the shipping at this end. I've done this before.

Thanks,

Michael, I will be boxing it up to ship out tomorrow. Enjoy your game!
