On March 19th I place an order for Attack Vector: Tactical 1.5 Rulebook Set and Attack Vector: Tactical 1.5 ShipBook PDFs through PayPal and waited. Hearing nothing from Ad Astra for over a month I emailed an order inquiry along with my PayPal information -- still nothing. So, on May 11th I again sent an email inquiry with the same results -- none.

I next asked on the forums on May 14th and got a list of problems as to the reasons for delays -- understandable for the short term but not acceptable for a business as a seemingly continual mode of operation. This also did not specifically address my order.

On June 22nd I again sent an email to Ad Astra concerning my order, a change in registration, and a change in mailing address and to no great surprise -- heard nothing.

I've received email from adastragames.com so there doesn't seem to be a problem with spam blocking. My next question is therefore, are the email addresses provided to me by PayPal valid?

adastragames@gmail.com,
sales@adastragames.com

If so, with my order approaching four months of waiting, am I going to have to start filing complaints with the appropriate people?

I don't like to approach problems this way but so far all avenues of inquiry have come up empty and I would prefer to avoid the next step.

Steve - first, let me apologize for the confusion. This was my screw up, and one of the reasons why we all relocated.

Second - please send the updated mailing address to adastragames@gmail.com; that goes to the shipping side of the company.

We're planning on being in the office to print out rulebook sets on Wednesday (we've been moving, getting the office set up, and getting things out for Origins), and are going to actually relax on Tuesday.
