I just received my copy of SITS. Unfortunately, it was missing the ships book. Fortunately, I was able to contact Ken right away and he assured me of getting a copy of the book ASAP. That's the kind of customer service I like! :D

Ken, it's been 2 weeks since you posted the last of the shipments and I'm still waiting. It's bothers me to have to pester you about this, but I'd apreciate some word on how much longer until it gets here.

It has, and I'll ask where your two copies are.

It may be that we're still waiting for the contract for your articles to come back.

Cl. Ken, still no news on my copies of Nexus and Shipbook 1.5. Did you have any luck when checking, and could you let me know when this was shipped out? Thanks.

Thank you very much. I received my package this morning by priority USPS mail. We really needed this as it has tactical information for the Worlds of Honor RPG that will help in the planning of our test game. 8)

Richard Knuckalls has reported on another forum that we both frequent that his copy did arrive, a couple days ago now. Breathe easy Ken, another satisfied customer!

And Knuck is roundly damning my eyes for introducing him to the game, because he's finding it so addictive ;) That's probably how he managed to overlook posting an update himself :)

Thank you!

If you really want to mess with him, set up some games in orbit using the OM rules in Nexus Journal #1

Odered AV:T May 27th, it's now August 11th. Just wondering where it is. I have emailed and did get a reply, but since then my HDD crashed leaving me with nothing. Any word would be good.

Frank, Ken's been at GenCon this weekend and he and Scott are driving back to Iowa today - as soon as he catches up with his email and the forum, I'm sure you'll get a reply. Thanks for your patience.

I hope Ken's had time to come down from the GenCon Indy high. I've got an order in for 1.5 and for SITS Ship Book 2. I'm starting to looking longingly at my mailbox each afternoon when I come home from work. :D

Frank - we got your package returned to us last week as undeliverable by British Customs; furthermore, it was damaged when it came back. We have sent a replacement out in today's mail.

Thanks Ken. I'm hoping that you mean Canadian Customs, because if you're sending the package to the UK it's a little off course :D . Again, thanks for the update.

Hrmn... That's not terribly encouraging there. Ken, did you happen to ship my copy of NJ#1 about the same time as Frank's?

I've not seen my name, nor a copy of NJ#1 arrive. :(
