Ken,

I got the 1.5 rules, ships, and setting book; thanks very much. I also ordered the ship ssds in pdf form. I understand that I was supposed to get an email with a download link?

Thanks again,
Tom C.

We should be resuming those file shipments by Friday - we got hit with a huge restock order for AVT and SITS.

I've got the link for downloading the ship sheet PDFs.

If you havn't gotten them, send me a PM with the PayPal transaction ID number on them to verify, and I'll get the link to you ASAP.

Iyar, we're in the process of setting up the new shopping cart this weekend. When it's up and running, it'll just take a valid credit card number and be a direct download.

I stumbled on this post quite by accident. If I'd known I'd've bought them long ago, but clicking on a link called "Order Form for AV:T 1.5 Upgrade" is so counter intuitive it's positively perverse. Any chance of re-naming it to something more meaningful? I'm sure it would increase your sales by an order of magnitude. After all, once I'd found them, I bought them :D

Incidentally, I was using the Rafik and Wasp SSDs available in Downloads to run through the tutorials.

http://www.adastragames.com/downloads/Rafik.pdf
http://www.adastragames.com/downloads/Rafik_Singe.pdf (sic)
http://www.adastragames.com/downloads/Wasp.pdf
http://www.adastragames.com/downloads/Wasp_Single.pdf

However, these are old versions (for the 1.0 rules?). I guess I should've realised when I couldn't find the Thrust Matrix (or indeed it's second row!) in (A4.24), but I was sufficiently confused between SSD and SCC at the time I thought it might be referring to the Thrust Chart. However, it wasn't until I got to (A4.48), couldn't see any wrenches and went looking through the Ship Book for ships that had them, that I finally realised what was going on. As the new versions are available with the tutorial download, it might be an idea to remove these old ones.

Cheers!

AAARGH! I second that motion. Is it possible to at least place a sticky that PDF ship sheets are available for purchase by registered users by clicking "Order Form for AV:T 1.5 Upgrade" in services.adastra.com? I've searched the forum for "ship book PDF", looked through the first few hits, decided there is nothing there and scanned the sheets in, since I don't have a photocopier handy but I do have a scanner and a printer.

So of course a day later I have to stumble on this post and find out that there are PDFs available for purchase. Sigh.
