Same old place.

http://www.adastragames.com/downloads/RPGs/Minimus.pdf

Two significant changes.

1) It explicitly states that the game master can set target numbers at different values from 11 to adjust for difficulty.
2) If you're using a two handed weapon or a rifle, and are defending, you roll twice and take the lower die. This can be canceled by spending a bennie die.
3) Wounds got changed to "one wound per two lfull evels of adjusted Margin of Success." 8+ still takes you out, 12+ can kill you.

Some verbiage got tightened, some typos got fixed. Regular bennies got renamed "general bennies".

Changes:

Tightened up some of the wording on Clarifying Questions
Unified the "When do special abilities cost bennies?" decision tree.
Expanded on the whys behind the card trading mechanism.

Added two pages of GMing guide.

I downloaded the PDF of this, but it seems there is an error with it. Some words are missing. Would you be able to create a new PDF of this? It looks like a good game.

I just downloaded this and I don't see any layout/font issues (which cause words to blank out sometimes), so do you mean missing words in the text itself? Some more specific examples/locators might help Ken make any needed corrections.

Attached is a screenshot of what I see when I open the file with both GNOME Document Viewer 3.4.0 and Adobe Reader 9.

When I open it with Adobe, I get this error:

Quote:
Cannot extract the embedded font 'TTWMXC+MinionPro-Regular'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.

Then it gives another error saying that the file has an unspecified error.

Maybe the fonts are not embedded, and since I'm on an Ubuntu Linux machine, I don't have those fonts already installed while Windows users do?

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

How odd. I'll have a Linux-using friend check it out....but that's definitely a font embedding issue.
