Has anyone generated the standard missiles used by the "Redoubtable" class? Olympia - the heir to the FN - only uses Big Missiles. while the Redoubtable class uses tri-missiles. I was hoping for some missiles that were predesigned and were cheaper (because of higher production) than anything I could cobble together.

I think Mark had those designs on his plate - Mark, any word on that?

I won't be home until the weekends, but there are a few designs in my notes. I'll need to check them against current pravda though.

The Olympians inherited a mixed bag of FN missiles and ships, including some Tri-Missiles. The ships using them were mainly mothballed against future need, and on Pacifica there was an FN built production line for that size missile. When the rising tensions of the Saladin War approaching caused everyone to increase their capability, that line was reopened to support those ships as they were returned to service.

There isn't always room to put everything needed into the descriptions.

I thought we'd put missile descriptions into the Redoubtable writeup or scenarios - am I misremembering?

Did anyone ever find the FN/Olympain tri-missile stats?

One of the ideas Erik, Ryan, and I kicked around Saturday was doing a Redoubtable vs. 2 Haifeng duel. It sparked some serious interest, and I'd like to have stats handy for when we three meet again. :-)

When is your next game? I'll see if I can throw some designs together.

We don't know yet. As Ryan is about to be a dad again in the next few weeks it may be a while.

Oh, one more thing about the Redoubtible; Mount G is the "chin" mount according to its window coverage, but on the silouete it is shown on the top face, one towards the nose. Should it actually be on the bow face, one towards the bottom (ie the same as C, D, and E mounts are on the bow one window towards their missile facing)? The Nose damage table also has Mount G.

The "upper" and "lower" missile mounts on the Redoubtible are in the wrong places on the silhouettes. They should be on the Nose silhouette, upper and lower regions.
